We say Christmas is a thanksgiving day,
A time when people enjoy in a way.
People change better and are gay,
A time when we don't have to mean what we say.
But Christmas can also be a way,
To reconcile with the people we've lost along the way.
To utter the right words to the person you've lost,
And mend each others' hearts that had been torn.
All hard feelings should have been stashed away,
Pride should have been ejected already.
To never confront is to never win,
So talk for the situation to cease.
In this Christmas let's try our best,
To forgive and to ask for forgiveness.
Because we may not have enough time left,
To say the word 'Sorry' to the person we've condemned.
