Not all the things that you can see is true. Sometimes, you also need some leap of faith to see through it. :)

A Memory I'll Forever Reminisce :)
Ever since that day began, I felt a little awkward. There are going to be some people that we are going to meet (who we personally don’t know) for a competition and project. As that day started we were only five who met. Maybe some of them were busy on that day. We went to Baguio Botanical Garden, the one we’ve chosen to be featured in our project, and probably that was my second time to enter the park. There have been lots of changes unlike before. In the jeepney, no one’s talking. I and Andrea are talking, and them, Jessica, Jamie and Nicole are talking too, but for like separately, as in SEPARATELY. But my thoughts all went wrong. I thought that it would be somewhat awkward, yet I fell so easily comfortable with them.
We were much aware of what 4Mapagpakumbaba had accomplished, for winning the International CyberFair Competition last year when they were also in third year. It was being repeatedly narrated to us by our mentor, so it was like a challenge for me and for us. For me, honestly, when our mentor asked us if we really wanted to join, I wasn’t really into it. But at that moment I was afraid of raising my hand because of two reasons. First is I’m afraid that I might be the only one to raise my hand and say NO. And second, I’m afraid that our mentor will get mad at me. But I was shocked when there was a person who negated (and take note, he was the only one who said NO). So all of us said YES, poor 3Sci, we were so plastik at that time. LOL. J
In the middle of our journey in finishing the project, that was the only time when I really felt how hard it is to finish such. I even talk to myself and say: “Ish. Sana talaga nagtaas na lang ako ng kamay noon nung tinanong ni Sir kung sinong may ayaw!” But I am already here, we can’t stop now. Now that we’ve spent a lot of time doing this, not having enough sleep.
When we started to make this CyberFair project, I thought it would be so much pain for us. And yes, indeed, it was a pain. We have to sleep late just to finish everything for it, prioritize this than our other subjects. It was such a pain, yet we know that in the end, if we are going to win, the efforts and pain will be paid off, and so proud to bear.
While doing the project you can not avoid misunderstandings among your group members. Some maybe angry already, yet they’re not saying it to avoid bigger fights. In a group, you cannot finish anything if you’re not going to work as one. You have to listen to each other; listen to everyone’s opinions; there should be teamwork and proper coordination.
Efforts are good especially when it will be paid off in the end. It’s like a sacrifice, it’s so hard to bear yet so fulfilling to give.

It’s once in a lifetime—do not waste it.
To start with, the CyberFair competition is only a once in a lifetime opportunity for us in our class. With this, were determined to do well and be industrious in finishing it.
As for our group, were assigned to Local Attractions as our theme. And it’s perfect for I love seeing beautiful scenic spots; it just captivates my heart so much. We chose the Baguio Botanical Garden to be featured in our project for its all time serene atmosphere and it shows the Igorot life before and today.
As a group, our first stop was to go to Botanical Garden to take some pictures for the website and have a little tour for us to know the entire content of the garden. Unfortunately, we figured out that we should have asked permission from our mentor, Mr. Vincent Tabor. Here are some of the photos taken the first time we went to Botanical Garden as a group..
After a few days, I, Andrea, and Jessyka FINALLY asked permission from Mr. Tabor for us to go to Baguio City Parks Office to talk to Ma’am Cornelia Lacsamana. On that day, we were mixed up with another group hwo had an appointment with Mr. Anthony de Leon, the general manager of Baguio Country Club and at the same time he is the one who organizes the Panagbenga Festival this year. Because Mr. de Leon was an hour late, his staff decided to tour us first around while we’re waiting. It was so great for it is a once in a lifetime experience to go inside the BCC (well, if you’re not a member). :) We took pictures, and we bought some food, (sayang ang chance na makabili eh!).
After that, we went to City Parks Office, well of course for NOTHING. They said that they are not the ones who handle the Botanical Garden, they specifically take care of the Burnham Park. So the SEPMO was our only chance. A nice thought from our mentor made me realize something, “Welcome to the government”, how IRRESPONSIBLE our government is.
But that didn’t hinder us from being determined with our mission; we continued as a group.
And now that we are near to be finished, there are a lot of lessons that I’ve learned.
When we know that a thing only happens once in our life, we do whatever it takes to be good for it. No matter how many problems life throws to us, we try to do our best to achieve our goals. And when you are as a group, you can’t do it all alone. You have to be with your groupmates and hear them, understand them, ask them, approach them, and work with them. Teamwork and cooperation is what it takes to have a successful mission, especially when you’re as a group.
It’s once in a lifetime—do not waste it.

It Happens All The Time
It’s been a long time since our relationship happened. I had forgotten already some events occurred. I had also forgotten how many times we fussed and fought. But one thing hasn’t changed, I never forgotten how to love him.
For the last few months, I have been crying all night just to make myself asleep, for I never thought that it will all come back with just a blink of an eye. Is this a payback? A karma? For turning down all the guys who used to like me?
He was the one who left me; he was the one who fell out of love. I never thought of leaving him, for I thought he was the one.
It was a bright and sunny day of March 24, 2009, I was so happy for it is already vacation and for the anticipation of going out with my friends. As I reached my phone, I saw 22 messages were left unread. I scanned it and saw his name and read it first among all the messages. In that message, he said everything (I won’t detail it anymore because it’s kind of hard to narrate). And as I read the message, I was like WOW is this really happening. But I really expected it already to come. At that time, it was not already that hard to let go.
But after a year, there he goes again, captured my heart, as he made me cry once again. Yet, I am forcing myself to move on. Fortunately, it was successful. I just hope that everything will turn out right..
And here is a song that I dedicate to him..
Need You Now
Picture perfect memories
Scattered all around the floor
Reaching for the phone 'cause
I can't fight it anymore
And I wonder if I
Ever cross your mind
For me it happens all the time
It's a quarter after one
I'm all alone
And I need you now
Said I wouldn't call
But I've lost all control
And I need you now
And I don't know how
I can do without
I just need you now
Another shot of whiskey
Can't stop looking at the door
Wishing you'd come sweeping
In the way you did before
And I wonder if I
Ever cross your mind
For me it happens all the time
It's a quarter after one
I'm a little drunk
And I need you now
Said I wouldn't call
But I've lost all control
And I need you now
And I don't know how
I can do without
I just need you now
Whoa, whoa
Guess I'd rather hurt
Than feel nothing at all
It's a quarter after one
I'm all alone
And I need you now
And I said I wouldn't call
But I'm a little drunk
And I need you now
And I don't know how
I can do without
I just need you now
I just need you now
Oh baby, I need you now
Picture perfect memories
Scattered all around the floor
Reaching for the phone 'cause
I can't fight it anymore
And I wonder if I

How Did My Christmas Vacation Go?
These days, I've been busy as hell. I was not able to upload some photos of our family vacation last Christmas. My December vacation had been awesome and it helped me to relax and get away from stress that school brought me. My Family is the best group of persons I can rely with (aside from my friends of course), my dad, my mom, and my older brother. I find happiness when I'm with them. They give me hope when I feel down. The support, love, and care are all unconditional.
Here are some photos of our road trip last December. :)
These are some photos taken in the Parish Church of Pugo, La union. This is not our hometown, it was just that we went to take a look at Pugad in Pugo then my mom said that my won't we go and see also their church. By the way, I saw Joseph and Bianca in Pugad with their families. HAHA. :))
These photos are taken in Thunderbird Resort in San Fernando, La Union. Notice that my mom and mu older brother are not here. It is because me and my dad are already finished eating so we went for a walk and took some pictures without them. HAHA. :))
And the last set of photos are taken in San Juan, La Union. We went there to eat and swim. As you can see the waves are kinda big, haha. :)) By the way, the anonymous guy looks like Woo Bin in Boys Over Flowers. HAHA. :))
To keep it simple, my vacation went spectacular and I enjoyed a lot. :))
